I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. Galatians 5:16:
I accepted Jesus as my Savior at around age 26 but didn’t trust God for many reasons. I wouldn’t live His Spirit way, relying instead on my old natural ways of living—still a Christian. I was, however, walking by the flesh and very unhappy with life in this world.
Life situations may or may not improve, but living by the Spirit is a game changer for the Christian.
You are already in the Spirit, and He is in You, so holding His hand seems the best idea for us!
How do you walk by the Spirit? No one tells us!
…. sisters, because of God’s mercy, … offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God— Romans 12:1
Walking by the Spirit is the most natural thing for a Christian to do, and it is truly life at another level above this world.
